1. open the picture, copy the two background layer (press Ctrl + J twice);

3. to copy the second layer, filter-blur-Smart Blur, RADIUS 2.0, thresholds 20.0, quality is low, the mode is limited to the edge;
Ctrl + I to invert the picture's blending mode to "multiply";
4. Select the last background layer, press d (set foreground color to black), image-resize-gradient map;
Next, filter-Pixelate-color halftone, maximum RADIUS set to 4 pixels, while the rest are set to 45;
