Effects processing is complete:

Tutorials: 1, open the Lotus photo, copy the background layer.

2. go to color and adjust color levels to increase the contrast of black and white.

3. after the implementation phase, and then do one of the Gaussian blur filter — — a brush stroke. 4. create a new layer, set the layer blending mode to color, the brush with pink color to Lotus. 5, then feel free to add some text, and the fixing of the seal, complete.
